Sea

"And then, the unspeakable purity - and freshness of the air! There was just enough heat to enhance the value of the breeze, and just enough wind to keep the whole sea in motion, to make the waves come bounding to the shore, foaming and sparkling, as if wild with glee."

--Anne Bronte in Agnes Grey

  2. Thank you very much, Anne, and so do I: some day soon, I pray... May God bless you and Our Lady protect you.

  3. I've always loved the sea, and wish I could go and see it-this quote did it justice, so beautiful! And the picture took my breath away. I had to stare at it for a second before finally tearing my eyes away.

  4. Thank you so much, Oddyoddyo13; I would be so happy if I could just walk right into this picture and keep walking, the feel of wet sand under my feet. Some day, before too long...
