Feast of Saint Edmund Campion 

The expense is reckoned, the enterprise is begun; it is of God,
it cannot be withstood. So the faith was planted; 
so it must be restored.

    We can only pray that the restoration he died for will soon come about, perhaps through the recent initiatives of Pope Benedict!

    And let us be so resolute to patiently endure our daily trials as he was to endure his martyrdom.
