If there were no tribulation, there would be no rest;
if there were no winter, there would be no summer.

  2. Oh no, Robert. I hope you will be fine shortly. A broken bone? I pray for your healing.

    "if there were no winter, there would be no summer" ~~~~ these words are true. I wish we did not have to suffer so much in this life. We are always waiting for the summer of our lives to come (and to stay!).

  4. I am so very sorry to hear of your accident, Robert. Still, as you know well know, Almighty God has a plan for everything in our lives, and this ordeal will surely be turned to good use. I pray that your recovery will be swift and complete, and that those for whom you are offering your sufferings will obtain many graces through it. May Almighty God bless you, and may Our Lady be at your side. Dear Hannah, your kind words are surely a consolation to our suffering friend. May Almighty God bless you, too.
