Its own beauty

“To the attentive eye, each moment of the year has its own beauty, and in the same field, it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before, and which shall never be seen again”

--Ralph Waldo Emerson

  2. This is a lovely snowy picture. It is true that the landscape is ever changing and always a delight to look at. Here in the desert, the cactus plants are all drooping from the cold. They look frozen. But, really they are not. They are just waiting for the next change to occur. Each moment has it's own sort of beauty.

  4. Beauty is all around us, if only we have the eyes to see. Vision is so much more than eyesight, though. It is the soul which sees most perfectly, if only we will cooperate with God's grace. Thank you for writing such lovely words, and may God bless you all.
