Be swift to love

Life is short, and we have never too much time for gladdening the hearts of those who are traveling the dark journey with us. Oh, be swift to love; make haste to be kind!
--Henri-Frederic Amiel
[In loving memory of my friend, Tricia (Patricia) Schneider, who departed this world yesterday. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her; may her soul rest in peace, and may God grant us the grace to happily meet again in Heaven.]

  1. Your prayer is beautifully stated. You have my deepest sympathy on your personal loss.

  2. Kindred Spirit, I am very sorry for your loss. I'm sure she was very grateful for your presence, your support and your prayers. May she rest in peace, and may her loved ones, and you, be comforted. God bless you.

  3. Sincerest sympathies - my prayers join yours.

  4. May she rest in peace and may those who loved her be comforted.
